1. Return conditions
We accept return requests under the following conditions:

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated).

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and labelling.

If the product has a quality problem or was damaged during shipping, please provide photos as proof. 

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Goods that have been used or damaged (not a quality problem).

Discounted, customised or personalised items (unless there is a quality problem).

3. Return Procedure
Request a return: Contact our customer service team via email (fashionsky.shop) with your order number and reason for return.

Return Confirmation: We will reply and confirm your return request within 1-2 business days.

Return address: Once confirmed, we will provide you with a return address and detailed return instructions.

Returned Product: Please return the product within 15 days of receiving the return confirmation and provide us with the tracking number.

4. Return shipping fee
If the return is due to a quality problem or we have sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind) and the order has not been cancelled, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Restocking fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, we will refund your payment to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and issue a refund.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact our customer service team (fashionsky.shop).

7. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests under the following conditions:

Cancellation time: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.

Cancellation method: by email or phone to our customer service team (fashionsky.shop) to submit a cancellation request and provide your order number.

Shipped Orders: If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may follow the return process once you have received your product.
